Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

Welcome to Reimagine & Design. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

How Ordering Works (Quote First)

Orders at Reimagine & Design follow a quote-first workflow:

  • 1. You submit a quote request.
  • 2. Reimagine & Design reviews the request.
  • 3. Reimagine & Design provides the final quote.
  • 4. You review and accept the quote.
  • 5. An invoice is issued.
  • 6. You pay according to the invoice terms.
  • 7. Production begins after payment and any required approvals are complete.

A quote request is not itself a confirmed production order. Production does not begin before required payment and approvals are complete.

Customer Approval

Before approving a quote and proceeding with payment, you are responsible for reviewing your design preview and order details, including the artwork, spelling, garment, color, size, quantity, printing method, print location, and design dimensions (when provided). Changes requested after approval may require additional charges, a revised quote, or a revised production estimate. Reimagine & Design remains responsible for addressing verified production errors attributable to us, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Return Policy.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

You must own or have permission to reproduce any artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials you submit. You retain ownership of your original artwork.

You authorize Reimagine & Design to use submitted artwork only as reasonably necessary to prepare and fulfill your orders, unless a separate agreement applies. We do not claim ownership of customer artwork.

Marketing use of photographs of your completed order requires the separate, explicit permission you give (or do not give) on the quote request form — see the Privacy Policy.

Read our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Content

Reimagine & Design reserves the right to refuse orders containing artwork or content that reasonably appears to violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or otherwise violate our policies.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for artwork they submit. Design tools, previews, PressCheck, cropping, background removal, and automated artwork features are provided as assistance and do not guarantee perfect printing results. Customers should carefully review their final design before approving a quote.

Pricing and Payment

The final quote determines the order price. Additional charges may apply to changes you request after approval, provided those charges are communicated to you and accepted before they apply.

Payment must be completed according to the invoice terms before production begins.

Garment Colors and Appearance

Actual garment colors may vary slightly from colors displayed on screens because of differences in monitors, displays, lighting, photography, garment batches, and manufacturing. Vintage, mineral-wash, acid-wash, and similar garments may naturally vary in color, texture, fading, and appearance.

Print Methods

Reimagine & Design offers the following print methods:

DTF — Direct-to-Film

Used for detailed, full-color transfers on compatible garments.

HTV — Heat Transfer Vinyl

Used primarily for single-color designs, lettering, names, numbers, and simple graphics. HTV artwork may need to be simplified or converted to meet production requirements.

Production and Delivery

Production typically takes 3–7 business days and begins after the required payment and approvals are complete. Shipping transit time is separate.

Shipping and local drop-off are governed by the Shipping Policy.

Use of Website

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, submit fraudulent orders, upload malicious files, or misuse the ordering system or services.

Site Intellectual Property

The Reimagine & Design website, branding, logos, graphics, text, design elements, and original content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary website content without permission.

Third-Party Services

The website uses third-party services for payment processing, shipping rates, email delivery, chat assistance, hosting, and other business functions. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates are published on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Updates apply prospectively — they do not retroactively eliminate existing customer rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
