Privacy Policy

We collect the following information, depending on how you use the website:

• Contact details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and company (when you submit a quote request, place an order, or contact us)
• Account information: when you create an account, your email address and login method (email/password or Google sign-in), plus your saved profile preferences
• Quote requests and order records, including your garment selections, sizes, colors, quantities, print methods, print locations, design placement details, and your notes
• Artwork and design files you upload through the order builder or the quote form
• Shipping addresses and, for local drop-off delivery, your delivery address
• Payment and invoice records (complete card numbers are not stored on our own servers — see Payments below)
• Messages you send through our Contact Us form, live chat, or the automated (AI) chat assistant, including the conversation content
• Your marketing permission choice (YES or NO), recorded together with the date and the exact wording shown to you
• Basic website usage information collected by our hosting platform (such as page views), and a coarse network prefix — never your full IP address — used only to prevent abuse of our public forms

We use customer information to:

• Evaluate quote requests and prepare quotes and invoices
• Produce and fulfill approved orders
• Communicate with you about your requests, quotes, invoices, and order status
• Review and prepare uploaded artwork for printing
• Calculate pricing, shipping rates, and sales tax
• Process payments and refunds through our payment provider
• Provide customer support, including through our chat assistant
• Prevent fraud and abuse of our public forms
• Operate and improve the website
• Keep the business records we are required to keep

We do not use your artwork or photographs of completed orders for marketing without the explicit permission described below.

Customer-uploaded artwork is used as reasonably necessary to prepare quotes, process orders, produce your products, provide support, and fulfill your requests. We do not use customer artwork or photographs of completed orders for marketing unless you have given the explicit marketing permission described below.

You keep ownership of artwork you create. You are responsible for having the right to use any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other content you submit.

When you submit a quote request, you must select exactly one of the following options — neither is selected by default:

• YES — I GIVE PERMISSION: “I give Reimagine&Design permission to photograph and feature my completed custom order, including its printed design, on the Reimagine&Design website, Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing materials.”
• NO — I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION: “I do not give Reimagine&Design permission to use photographs of my completed custom order for marketing or promotional purposes.”

Your choice is stored with your quote request together with the date, the exact wording version shown to you, and how it was submitted. Your choice does not affect your ability to purchase. Permission to photograph a completed order is permission only for that purpose: it is not permission to use your face, name, testimonial, or other personal information, and a change from NO to YES requires new explicit permission from you.

You can change or withdraw your marketing permission at any time by emailing hello@reimagineanddesign.com. We record the change or withdrawal, stop future marketing use, and remove existing marketing material where reasonably practicable, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Payments and invoices are processed through Stripe. Your payment card details are collected and handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout pages — complete card numbers are not stored on our own servers. We retain records of quotes, invoices, and payment status for order handling and record-keeping.

The website stores a small amount of information in your browser to function: your login session (so you stay signed in), your quote cart and saved designs, and your sign-in choice if you use Google. We collect basic website usage information (such as page views) through our hosting platform's analytics, and our team can see a live count of current visitors.

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels.

If you sign in with Google, Google handles that sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Information may be shared with the service providers needed to operate the business, including:

• Our hosting and data storage provider (this website runs on the Base44 platform)
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Shipping services (USPS rate and label services)
• Email delivery services
• The provider behind our automated (AI) chat assistant

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not automatically delete customer information. Quote requests, orders, invoices, artwork, and consent records are kept as long as reasonably needed to handle your orders, meet financial and legal record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain an accurate business history. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your information (see Your Rights and Choices).

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to administrative systems is limited to authorized personnel. No website or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Where applicable under the laws that apply to you, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw marketing permission at any time.

Requests go to hello@reimagineanddesign.com. We review each request and respond as required by applicable law.

The website is not intended for children under 13, and Reimagine & Design does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Reimagine & Design may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on the website with an updated Last Updated date.
